This position is located within the Office of Information and
Technology (OI&T) in Pittsburgh PA. The main duties and
responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of Avaya/Nortel telephone operating equipment and software systems, or similar PBX's.
Configuration
of wireless devices to include cell phones, voice over Internet
protocol (VOIP), blackberry, and pagers. Installing and maintaining
personal Computers, servers, hardware, and software devices
